Type: Filter / Espresso
30 grams coffee, ground medium-fine & 500 grams water, just off the boil
Bloom: Rinse the filter, add 30 grams coffee, ground medium-fine of coffee and tare. Pour in 60 g of water, swirl it well and wait until 0:45.2
Pour: Pour to 300 g by 1:15, then up to the full 500 grams water, just off the boil by 1:45.3
Stir, swirl, drain: Give it a quick stir, then a gentle swirl. Let it drain fully. It should finish around 3:30.
