Why print? Is there a digital version of content?
Well, we think there is too much digital noise out there.
We believe good content is worth sitting down for, and engaging with, on multiple levels. Print, for us, is the best way to represent the incredible work of our contributors though a beautiful aesthetic. There is no digital content available, and we work with brands who support our philosophy: great content should be free from distraction, so your read won’t be cluttered with obnoxious advertising.
We publish blog posts about our stockists, new issues, and occasional other coffee stuff we find exciting. We are also active on Instagram!
How do I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the magazine is dispatched. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my shipment?
Unfortunately there is no option how to track your order. In order to keep prices low, we offer tracking of shipments for wholesale orders only.
How long does delivery take?
We ship orders once weekly (every Tuesday) from our distribution centre based in Berlin, Germany. Shipping within the EU usually takes 7-14 days, to North America, Australia and New Zealand up to 30 days and it might be a bit longer to the rest of the world.
What should I do if I do not receive an issue?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to solve your problem in a satisfactory manner to you.
In order to better serve you, we ask that you notify us of any impending address changes. This will enable us to ensure that your copy of Standart magazine arrives as soon as possible.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for replacement issues if the correct information is not supplied.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with this request and we will change your delivery details in our system. (Including your order number will make the whole process faster).
How do I cancel my subscription?

Will you reprint sold out issues?
We appreciate your interest, but due to various reasons we do not reprint any issues that have sold out. Please understand that only producing a few thousand copies makes a single print run viable. However, look for a stockist in your area because they might have one or two older copies waiting for you!
How often do you publish new issues?
Standart is quarterly published magazine and we aim for 4 issues per year, one every 3 months.
How can I receive an invoice with VAT for my subscription?
For any invoice enquiry please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your billing address and VAT number before placing your order in our e-shop.
How can I buy the magazine?
There are three ways to buy Standart. First, you can subscribe online and receive a complimentary bag of specialty coffee delivered to your door with each new issue. Second, you can pick up a copy off the shelf from any of our growing list of specialty café stockists. Third, we work with a number of independent magazine stores who offer Standart as part of their selection of great print publications.
Does anyone in my neighbourhood sell Standart?
