Created by a group of coffee lovers with engineering backgrounds, 1Zpresso was developed to make the daily coffee grinding ritual as easy and trouble-free as possible. 1Zpresso brings you consistent grind quality, ease-of-use, and design that is both beautiful and built to last.
Ply Pasarj is a bio-chemist and Canada's reigning brewers cup champion. His current and most favourite favorite simple recipe using K series grinder:
- Grind size: 5.8-7.2 (depending on coffee)
- Ratio: 15g coffee to 250g water (1:16.6)
- Temperature: 92C
- Water: Aquacode at 91 ppm

Steps:
- 45g pre-infusion (bloom) for 45 seconds, no stir;
- Add water slowly in circular motion to 150g;
- at around 1:25 add more water up to 250g;
- Total brew time around 2:20 min.
